Who won the fancy dress competition

We ummed and we ahhhed and eventually we came to the conclusion that our winners were tied.

It was a tripple tie to these 3 ladies.  Raine in her gorgeous mermaid outfit.  Jessica in her ladybug outfit that was too cute for words and Andrea with her beautiful hair and her stunning outfit as a american indian.
